Supporting our Broker community

As patrons of the NACFB, we actively support the critical role the commercial finance broker plays in supporting growing SMEs. We know that brokers not only help SMEs secure the right funding, through market knowledge and an understanding of their client’s funding requirements, good brokers also lead their clients through the funding process and often help with preparing the information necessary to secure finance. Panelists at last week’s AltFi News forum were in agreement that there would “always be space in the financial arena for human advice”.

Here at Credit4, we want to ensure we are doing all we can to support our broker community, in order for them to steer their clients through the busy landscape of potential lenders.

We launched our second product, Dual Growth Funding, after listening to feedback from brokers that there was a gap in the market for a more innovative way to help clients. Dual Growth Funding has subsequently helped many businesses that may have otherwise struggled to obtain funding. In Autumn 2018, again after talking to our brokers, we began a pilot for our third product, Secured Business Funding, which again we are delighted to see being well received by our introducer network and which we officially launched at the NACFB Commercial Finance Expo in Birmingham last month.

This year we’ve expanded our Business Development Team, with Business Development Managers Ross Gandy and Lee Ford now covering the North and South West, under Head of Business Development David Culverhouse, whose responsibilities include supporting our existing clients and building awareness of Credit4’s innovative products in the South East.

June also saw the launch of our Credit4 Broker Hub – all our product information in one place, with immediately accessible resources to download and easy-to-use product calculators. We’ll keep this Hub updated with relevant news and documents, so be sure to check in regularly!
