An award-winning broker, Leanne Barry has a broad knowledge of the commercial finance industry, having worked in financial services and invoice finance before founding LB Finance Solutions in 2018.

Leanne works with a wide variety of lenders within the alternative finance sector to ensure her clients achieve their growth ambitions and is recognised as one of the leading brokers within the industry.

Having worked regularly with Credit4 since we launched six years ago, Leanne knows that if a client has financial requirements that don’t fit specific criteria, or if their circumstances are less than straightforward, there is a good chance she will be able to help the client receive the funding they need by speaking to us.

Brokers and clients that work with us know that we do not make our lending decisions based on algorithms, we look at the bigger picture for each client, which means we can sometimes help where other lenders are unable to.

Commenting on one particular case, Leanne says:

“A wholesaler client who had been in business for more than twenty-five years was referred to us from a restructuring company, having been let down by their invoice finance facility. Unfortunately, the company’s cashflow had been badly affected by the invoice finance and they were struggling to find the funding to continue with their business.  Credit4 were able to make an assessment and extended an initial facility of £30,000. Credit4 gave my client financial targets to reach ahead of any further funding. Once these had been met, Credit4 were able to extend another £30,000, which has enabled the business to resume and is now trading well. Credit4 funded my client when nobody else would – they saved the business.”

When reviewing a new application, we will do our best to help where possible. We will often contact the client directly, which gives brokers some valuable time back, and the feedback from clients has always been positive.
