Exploring finance options

When starting the business back in 2018, Maxim had initially found it difficult to raise finance and worked with Funding Options to explore viable options. Maxim comments, “Being a very early stage business, we would have had to give away a lot of equity and it was hard to find finance solutions. Funding Options referred us to Credit4, who were akin to investors – they saw the potential in our company. We used their Flexible Facility product to build the model for our business.”

Having established their initial business, The UK Adviser went on to use our Dual Growth Funding, part term loan, part Flexible Facility, and specifically developed to provide businesses with the opportunity to achieve their growth potential.

A cloud-based CRM system, AdviserTech streamlines and reduces time consuming, administrative tasks for our advisers, meaning they can spend more time developing their skills and focusing on face to face contact with their clients.” Maxim explains. 

Set for the future

As a result of the flexible funding and support from Credit4, The UK Adviser has gone on to secure a successful equity raise, which will allow for the continued development of their AdviserTech platform and the extension of their network of advisers.
